We are committed to maintaining the highest level of on-line security possible. During checkout, you can choose to have your payment processed using Paypal Checkout or Realex Payments.
We use the industry leader 'Realex payments' as our payment gateway provider thus providing a secure, robust and reliable payment processing service. All transactions are 3Dsecure and all information when in transit over the Internet is encrypted (128 bit SSL) to ensure confidentiality of sensitive data. Yes you can! Just drop an email or call to let us know your coming or to book an appointment. We are located close to some of the quietest most scenic roads and MTB trails in Ireland so bring your bike.
International orders
We accept International orders! We aim to offer our International customers the same high quality customer service as our local customers. Plus as an added bonus to customers who live outside of the European Union our pricing will exclude Value added tax that is payable here in Ireland of 21.5%. Our website features multiple currency options to tailor to your needs and expectations. Our Sales and Customer Service team are here to discuss any concerns or queries.
However it is worth noting that you will inevitably be responsible for any import duties or customs taxes etc. on your order once it arrives to your country. It is worth checking prior to the purchase of any order with these maybe with your local authorities. If you refuse to accept the fees and return the item you are liable for both the out going and incoming shipping fees plus any other related charges.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax or VAT?
If you live outside of the European Union you do not have to pay sales tax or VAT (Value Added Tax) of 21.5% as is the standard rate of tax in the Republic of Ireland. However you maybe liable for import duties to your country.
How long until I receive my order?
On complete Bikes, Frames and Wheels we expect to ship your order with in 7 to 10 days of ordering although in many cases it's sooner than that.
On Components, Accessories, Apparel, Nutrition & Tools etc. It should go to you in approximately 5 to 7 days of ordering. We do our best to ship the order out same day depending on stock levels, the time of year etc. In any case we will advise you on receiving your order a fairly accurate delivery date and tracking code.
